REGISTRATION:
Registration forms may be picked up after October 10, 2011 at either facility – First Baptist or Second Baptist Churches in Clinton. They can also be downloaded here. Early registration continues through November 21st at a cost of $70. After November 21st, registration costs are $75 – to cover shipping charges. Scholarships requests will be processed on a first-come basis. Registration will be limited to 300 children this year in order to provide each child with a great sports experience.
EVALUATIONS:
EVERYONE MUST ATTEND ONE OF THESE EVALUATIONS TO PARTICIPATE!
EVALUATIONS WILL TAKE PLACE AT BOTH FACILITIES AT THE FOLLOWING TIMES:
Monday, November 7th – 6:30 – 8 p.m.
Tuesday, November 8th – 6:30 – 8 p.m.
Thursday, November 10th – 6:30 – 8 p.m.
MAKE UP EVALUATON:
Saturday, November 21st – 10 a.m. to 12 noon
PRACTICES:
Practices will begin January 2nd at 6:30 p.m. at both facilities. Your coach will contact you and advise when and where your practice will be. Practices will be on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Your coach will distribute practice and game schedules that will detail when and where you should be.
GAMES:
Games will begin on Saturday, January 14th. The first 4 games of the season will be played at First Baptist Church and the remaining 4 games will be played at Second Baptist Church.
AWARDS NIGHT:
Awards night is tentatively scheduled for Monday, March 5.
